Coachhire4u.com is a busy passenger transport Operator based at Luton Airport operating 25 + Coaches and Buses, in addition acts as a booking agent for other car, mini-bus and Coach Operators around the UK

TheOperations Controllerrole will involve direct communication with our clients, assisting and communicating with drivers and contractors. updating system records, taking phone calls and acting on the communication, delivering messages between departments ETC. ensuring the operation runs smoothly within compliance and regulations. continually monitoring live operations.

Use of technology and computers is essential and the ability to communicate and manage people.

The work pattern is 4 on 4 off 07:00-19:00. there is also a requirement to take diverted calls out of hours on occasions. this requirement is split with other team members.
